In order for us to notify your current utility that you wish to enroll with Agway Energy Services as your supplier, it is necessary for us to obtain your current Account Number.
Once enrolled 45 days with Agway Energy Services for your commodity supply, you automatically have our EnergyGuardTM repair protection.

ELECTRICITY: Billing address; Service address; Utility account number and any other number designated by the utility as necessary to process an enrollment; Bill cycle; Voltage level; Utility rate class or code; Load profile; Meter number; Meter type; Multiple meter indicator; Peak load distribution; Metered demand; Billed demand; Monthly historical demand for the previous 12 months; Monthly historical consumption for the previous 12 months; Monthly time-of-use data for the previous 12 months.
NATURAL GAS: Account name; Billing address; Service address; Utility account number and any other number designated by the utility as necessary to process an enrollment; Bill cycle; Utility rate class or code; and Monthly historical consumption for the previous 12 months.

ESCOs that do not assure these consumer rights could lose their eligibility to provide service in New York.
