Q: Am I eligible for the program?

A: To be eligible for the $50 gift card, Participants must be in good standing with Agway Energy and must provide their valid email address. To be in good standing means that Participant must be an active customer with Agway Energy and be current on all payments. To be eligible, referred Customer must be a new customer of Agway Energy. To be considered new, Customer may not be a current or pending Agway Energy customer, or have been a customer in the previous 12 months.

Q: How do I refer family, friends, or colleagues to Agway Energy?

A: Once you’ve become an active Agway Energy customer, you have the ability to refer friends and family to also become an Agway Energy customer and earn a $50 gift card to a variety of businesses in your area. To receive your gift card, both you and the person you referred must be active customers of Agway Energy for at least 90 days.

Q: How much can I earn for referring people that I know to Agway Energy?

A: For every person you refer that becomes a customer of Agway Energy, we will reward you with a $50 gift card from a variety of restaurants, home improvement, or retail stores in your area.

Q: Is there a limit to how many customers I can refer to Agway Energy?

A: Spread the word because there is no limit to the number of customers you can refer to Agway Energy. With our program, it’s Refer, Receive, and Repeat! Only one Participant can earn a gift card for any given Customer.

Q: How can I participate in this program to help my friends receive the great benefits of being an Agway Energy customer?

A: Referral requests can be made via the Referral Program or by contacting our call center directly at 888-982-4929. An existing customer must provide the name of a potential new customer. Existing customer must also provide their valid email address to be eligible. A new customer can also provide the name of an existing customer that referred them.

Q: I’m a customer and I referred my friend to Agway Energy. When do I receive my gift card?

A: Once your friend or family member has been an active customer for three consecutive billing cycles (approximately 90 days), we will process the request for your gift card. Please note that both the referring customer and the new customer that has been referred must be active customers for at least 90 days. Please allow approximately 120 days from the referred customer’s start date to receive your gift card voucher. Your voucher will provide you with complete details on how to receive your gift card. Agway Energy may modify or terminate this program at any time for any reason without notice. Issuance of gift cards is subject to review and approval by Agway Energy Services.
