EnergyGuard™ Program Extension

Dear Valued Agway Customer,

Agway Energy Services, LLC has been pleased to provide our customers with natural gas and electric service, which automatically includes Agway's valuable EnergyGuard™ home repair program. This program provides our customers with repair protection on your primary heating system, electric lines within your home, and central air conditioning unit. In these uncertain times, Agway is reaching out to you to offer you the opportunity to extend your natural gas and/or electricity supply service for two years, inclusive of EnergyGuard™ and all of its valuable benefits, at no additional cost to you.

You may have recently received a new agreement that directly references our EnergyGuard™ repair program. This new agreement assures our customers will maintain coverage of this valuable program for at least two years. Please remember that you can choose to leave Agway at any time with absolutely no termination fee.

To maintain your Agway EnergyGuard™ coverage, you can either:

  • Simply complete the “Special Offer Code” form box below. You will need to have the Code(s) located at the bottom of the letter you received OR
  • Sign only one copy of the Agreement that you received and return that copy in the enclosed postage paid envelope. If any information on the Agreement is incorrect or missing, please make changes. The other copy is for your records; OR
  • Call us at 1-888-98AGWAY (1-888-982-4929) during the hours 8:00AM – 4:30PM, Monday through Friday and one of our representatives will be able to assist you.

If you received multiple copies of the mailing please review all of them as they are for different locations and/or utility accounts.
